What does a session look like?

Life coaches use a variety of techniques to help clients, including:

  • Active listening
  • Questioning
  • Goal-setting exercises
  • Encouraging clients to find their own solutions
  • Helping clients identify their strengths and weaknesses
  • Helping clients set positively framed goals 

What is a discovery call?

A discovery call is a free call between a prospective client and a coach to assess their fit for a coaching relationship.

What are some ground rules for coaching?

Life coaching is not therapy or a substitute for any form of mental health treatments. Life coaching is to help individuals through a transition, period or growth, overcome an issue, or attain a goal/goals.

Clients and Coaches will sign an agreement with their sessions, check your return policy on your emailed contract, or check the return policy page.

Sessions are a partner of trust and partnership, clients work to hold themselves accountable and I, as a coach will keep confidentiality and foster trust and care for coachees.
